Refund Policy

1. How billing works

• Paid tiers (Verified, Professional) renew automatically each billing period until you cancel.
• Your payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy (merchant of record), which also handles GST/VAT.
• The free tier costs nothing and needs no cancellation.

2. Cancelling

• Cancel any time from your profile’s membership panel — no forms, no phone calls.
• Cancelling stops future charges. Your paid benefits stay active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, then your listing moves to the free tier.
• Downgrading never deletes your data. Pins, badges, and perks beyond the free tier are hidden — not erased — and come back if you re-upgrade.

3. Refunds

• First purchase, first 14 days: if a paid tier isn’t right for you, tell us within 14 days of your first payment and we’ll refund it in full.
• Renewals: we don’t routinely refund renewal charges — cancel before the renewal date to avoid one. If you missed a renewal in error, contact us promptly and we’ll consider it in good faith.
• Billing errors: duplicate or incorrect charges are always refunded in full.
• Refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of approval.

4. Your consumer rights

Nothing here limits what the law guarantees you. For New Zealand consumers, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 applies to services we supply. If you’re in the EU or UK, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services; by starting your paid membership immediately you consent to the service beginning within that window, in which case any withdrawal refund may be reduced proportionally to the service already provided.

5. How to ask
